The Emulator Didn't Launch

Problem: The emulator did not launch at all, or gave errors upon loading.

Possible Cause: Either the Emulator Path or the Host Name was incorrectly specified in the configuration.

Possible Action

• Convert the path so that it follows the 8.3 filename format.
• Specify the correct .EXE file.
• Provide a valid Host Name.
• Provide a command line switch so that the emulator can load a connection on startup.
