To assist with the quality control of entries logged within the system, Users can use a spell checker across the application.
To use the spell checker after text has been entered into a field, for example an Incident Description:
Select 
and the relevant language to apply the spell checker
Any proposed incorrectly spelt words will be highlighted in red.
Select the highlighted
word for a list of suggestions.
Select the suggested
spelling to update the word.
Alternatively if the word does not appear in the suggested list, select
Ignore Word or Ignore All options.
