Catalog Products

The Catalog Products page shows you existing catalog products, along with the following details:

Name: Name of the catalog product, including version, type of product, and number of licenses.
Licenses Per Pkg: Number of licenses per package.
Mfr. part #: Product part number.
Reseller SKU: The SKU number from the reseller.
Excluded: Whether the product is excluded from calculations.
Purchase Quantity: Number of purchased products.
Licensed Product: Displays the associated licensed product. Click the product to open the license detail page, where you can edit the license details and perform tasks related to license entitlements and compliance status.
License Entitlement: Displays the associated license entitlement. Click the entitlement to open the entitlement details page, where you can edit the entitlement and perform tasks related to proof of ownership and coverage.

Search

You can search for catalog products by using the following criteria:

Select Include subfolders to expand your search. Click Search to start. Click Reset to clear entries.

Task	Steps	Additional Details
Create a catalog product	Click New > Catalog Product. Follow the on-screen prompts. Click the Help button if you need additional information.
Create a folder	Click New > Folder. Specify a new folder name. Specify a path. (Optional) Add a description. Click OK.
Move a catalog product	Select a product. Click Move. Specify a new path. Click OK.
Delete a catalog product or a folder	Select a catalog product or a folder. Click Delete.	Deleting a folder deletes all the catalog products in the folder.
Exclude a catalog product	Select a catalog product. Click Action > Exclude.	The catalog product is removed from the list.
Include a catalog product	Select a catalog product. Click Action > Include.
Add a catalog product to a licensed product	Click Action > Add to Licensed Product. Follow the on-screen prompts. Click the Help button if you need additional information.
