Catalog Products

The Catalog Products page shows you existing catalog products, along with the following details:

Name: Name of the catalog product.
Mfr. part #: Product part number.
Reseller SKU: The SKU number from the reseller.
Excluded: Whether the product is excluded from calculations.
Purchase Quantity: Number of purchased products.

Search

You can search for catalog products by using the following criteria:

Name: The name of the catalog product.
Type: All Types, Folder, or Product.
Manufacturer: The product manufacturer.
Product Type: The product type.
Mfr. Part Number: The manufacturer part number.
Exclude Status: Any, Excluded, Not Excluded.

Select Include subfolders to expand your search. Click Search to start.

Available Tasks

Task	Steps	Additional Details
Create a catalog product	Click New > Catalog Product. Follow the on-screen prompts. Click the Help button if you need additional information.
Create a folder	Click New > Folder. Specify a new folder name. Specify a path. (Optional) Add a description. Click OK.
Move a catalog product	Select a product. Click Move. Specify a new path. Click OK.
Delete a catalog product or a folder	Select a catalog product or a folder. Click Delete.	Deleting a folder deletes all the catalog products in the folder.
Exclude a catalog product	Select a catalog product. Click Action > Exclude.	The catalog product is removed from the list.
Include a catalog product	Select a catalog product. Click Action > Include.
