Action: Log into the Windows NT/2000 managed workstation as local administrator and retry.
Possible Cause: The Novell® Workstation Manager is not installed on the managed workstation.
Action: The Novell Workstation Manager should be up and running on the managed workstation. If it not up and running, reinstall the Novell ClientTM for Windows NT/2000 on the Windows NT/2000 managed workstation.
Possible Cause: A third-party remote control agent or remote control application is running on the managed workstation.
Action: Uninstall any third-party remote control agent or remote control application from the managed workstation.
Action: Reinstall the Remote Management Agent.
