3.7 Remote Controlling A Device with Active RDP Session

The administrator can now remote into a Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP) session on a Windows Device. If a devices support multiple active sessions, we cannot control which RDP session the viewer will connect to. All operations except for the Remote diagnostics are supported while connecting to a RDP session.

As an administrator, you will be able to launch the remote session on a device with an active RDP session just like a normal Remote Management session. Administrators get a notification when an RDP session is connected or disconnected. During a remote session, administrators will be notified with the session change message, when RDP is connected or disconnected and the session change message will be displayed when users switch.
