Before you use ZENworks 2020 Update 3 to upgrade the OES 2018 servers to OES 2023, you must have the following:
A ZENworks 2020 Update 3 server installed and running in your network. For more information, see the ZENworks Server Installation.
The ZENworks 2020 Update 3 agent installed on each OES 2023 server that you plan to upgrade.
Each OES 2023 server registered with the ZENworks 2020 Update 3 server.
