Before you can use ZENworks 2020 Update 3 to patch OES 23.4 servers, you must have the following prerequisites in place:
A ZENworks 23.3 server is installed and running in your network.
For more information, see the ZENworks Server Installation.
The ZENworks 23.3 Agent is installed on each OES 23.4 server that you plan to patch.
Each OES 23.4 server is registered with the ZENworks 23.3 server.
