ZENworks Service Desk contains incremental improvements based on customer feedback received and other important enhancements.
Following is the list of enhancements that are introduced:

Enhanced Email Processing
Email content is now processed more effectively, with the body of the email being added as a description, and notes will retain their original formatting, and any embedded images will remain intact, providing a smoother user experience. -
Breach Notification to Team
A new configurable option has been added at the team level, allowing you to control whether a breach notification is sent to a specific layer or team. This provides greater flexibility in managing breach alerts. -
Quick Call, Group Template, and Dynamic Form Privileges
Access to template builders such as Quick Call, Group Call, and Dynamic Forms is now privilege-driven. Administrators can manage who can create and modify these templates based on user roles. -
Bulk Edit for SLA Changes
You can now easily update the SLA of multiple items at once using the bulk edit feature, making it more efficient to manage and adjust SLAs across various tasks or items.
