The information and instructions in the following sections help you to perform an online upgrade from Open Enterprise Server (OES) 11 to OES 11 SP1 by using ZENworks 11 SP2. After you perform the steps in the following sections, your OES 11 servers will be upgraded based on the schedule you set.
