Downloading the Software

To download any of the files except for the ZENworks Virtual Appliance image:

If the download page displays a Proceed to Download button, you are not logged in yet. Click the button to log in. After you log in, you are returned to the download page.
Click the Download button next to the file you want to download.
Follow the on-screen prompts to download the file to a directory on your device.
Repeat from Step 2 until you have downloaded all the files you need.

To download the ZENworks Virtual Appliance image:

Do one of the following to download the ZENworks Virtual Appliance files to a temporary directory on your device:
- Download the ZENworks11SP3_Appliance-x86_64.ova file.
  or
- Download the multi-part ZENworks Virtual Appliance ZIP files, then create the ZENworks Virtual Appliance OVA file:
  1. On the Download page, click the Download button next to ZENworks11SP3_Appliance-x86_64.zip.001 to download the file to a temporary directory on your device.
  2. Download ZENworks11SP3_Appliance-x86_64.zip.002, ZENworks11SP3_Appliance-x86_64.zip.003, and ZENworks11SP3_Appliance-x86_64.zip.004, to the temporary directory that contains ZENworks11SP3_Appliance-x86_64.zip.001.
  3. Extract ZENworks11SP3_Appliance-x86_64.zip.001 by using 7-zip or WinZip 9.x. This automatically merges all the multi-part ZENworks Virtual Appliance ZIP files and creates the ZENworks11SP3_Appliance-x86_64.ova file.
Import the ZENworks Virtual Appliance OVA file, then deploy it to a virtual infrastructure.

Licensing

When you install ZENworks 11 SP3, all products (Endpoint Security Management, Asset Management, Configuration Management, Full Disk Encryption, and Patch Management) are installed.

Asset Management, Configuration Management, and Patch Management are automatically activated in evalution mode.

Endpoint Security and Full Disk Encryption are not automatically activated in evaluation mode. You must activate the evaluation for these two products.

The evaluation mode lasts 60 days, after which you must either discontinue the use of the product or provide a valid license code. No reinstallation of the software is required when you move from an evaluation license to a full license.
