Select Documents

The Select Documents panel lists the documents associated with a contract, entitlement or a purchase summary record. This field allows you to add documents and apply filters when required.

This panel includes the following fields:

Look in

Browse the documents folder.

Name filter

Select a file in the documents folder.

Items of type

Select a document format type.

Status Filter

Filter the documents according to the following categories all, attached, and unattached.

After you have selected the documents and applied the filters, the following fields display information about the selected documents:

Name

Displays the name of the document.

Filename

Displays the filename of the document.

Description

Displays a description about the document.

Status

Displays if the document is attached or unattached.

Type

Displays the document format type.

Selected

The documents can be manually selected one at a time or use Select All to select the entire list of documents. The selected documents are listed in the Selected field with the following details:

Remove

Select to remove a document from the list. To remove all the listed documents, select Remove All.

Name

Displays the names of the selected documents.

Folder

Displays the folders in which the documents are located.
