The Service Level Agreement panel shows existing agreements and allows you to create new ones. Existing service level agreements are shown with the following information:

You can perform the following tasks to manage the service level agreements:

Create a service level agreement

  1. Click New.

  2. Fill in the following fields:

    Service Level Metric: Specify the requested service level.

    Actual Service Level: Specify the delivered service level.

    Start Date: Click to select the start date for the service level agreement.

    End Date: Click to select the end date for the service level agreement.

  3. (Optional) For the date fields, select Date Notification to open the New Date Notification dialog box, where you can create a notification message to be sent every day, week, or month for a specified period of time to selected e-mail addresses.

  4. Click Apply.

 

Edit a service level agreement.

  1. Click the metric name.

  2. Modify the fields as desired.

  3. Click Apply to save the changes.

 

Delete a service level agreement

  1. Click the check box next to the service level agreement you want to delete.

  2. Click Delete, then click OK to confirm the deletion.
