The Service Level Agreement panel shows existing agreements and allows you to create new ones. Existing service level agreements are shown with the following information:
Metric: The agreed-upon service level. Click the metric to display the SLA’s details.
Actual: The actual service level.
Start: The start date of the service level agreement.
Notification: Indicates that the notification option is selected.
End: The end date of the service level agreement.
