Custom reports help you analyze your asset management data in a variety of ways. The Custom Reports panel includes several sample custom reports that you can run. You can also create new custom reports.
The following information is provided for each report in the list:
Title: The name of the report.
Type: The type of report, which is
by default.Focus: The focus of the report. Options include:
General: Lists contracts.
Vendor: Lists contracts and vendors.
Financial: Lists contract financial details.
Service Level Agreement: Lists contracts with service level agreements.
Lease: Lists contract lease details.
Documents: Lists contracts with attached documents.
Renewal History: Lists contracts with renewals.
Associations: Lists contract association counts.
Create Date: The date the report was created or edited.
Last Run: The date the report was last run.

You can schedule a report to run automatically. You can then choose to store the report, send it out to preselected e-mail addresses, or both. You can also choose to send out the report only when matching records are found. |
