Date Notifications

When you create a contract, you can specify that you want notifications sent out on certain dates, such as when a lease expires. The Date Notifications panel lists these date notifications, along with the following information:

Filter the Date Notifications list

  1. In the Search panel, enter the criteria to use for the filter. A notification must match all criteria to be displayed.

    Name: Specify the text that the notification name (or folder name) must include. This is a partial match field that is case-insensitive. If the text you enter is included in any part of a name, the notification matches the criteria.

    Type: Select whether you want to match folders, date notifications, or both.

    Status: Select a status to match, or select Any to match any status.

    Include Subfolders: Select this option to search the current folder and its subfolders.

  2. Click Search to apply the search criteria and filter the list.

 

Create a folder

  1. Click New.

  2. Specify a folder name.

  3. Click OK.

Move a notification

  1. Select a notification.

  2. Click Move.

  3. Specify a new path.

  4. Click OK.

 

Delete a folder or notification

  1. Select a folder or notification.

  2. Click Delete.

  3. Click OK.

Deleting a folder deletes the notifications in the folder.

Set default notification settings

  1. Click Action > Default Date Notification Settings.

  2. Fill in the fields.

  3. Click OK.

This configures the date notification settings. This must be done before you can select Date Notification in the contract attributes.
