The Documents page lets you upload important documents pertaining to your software assets. After you upload a document, you can associate it with software contracts, license entitlements, and purchase summary records.
The Documents panel displays the following information for each
Document ID: The document name.
Document Name: The name of the document.
Document Type: The document type, such as doc, jpg, txt, tif, odt, csv, pdf, or hyperlink.
Document Size: The size of the document in kilobytes.
As-Of-Date: The date the file was created or last edited.
Description: A description of the file.
Attached: Shows if the document is attached to a contract or licensed product.
Path: The path for the file.
Source Location: The file’s source location.
Date Uploaded: The date the file was uploaded.
Uploaded By: The person who uploaded the file.

Your workstation must have an application that can open the document. The document’s file type is listed in the File Type column. |
