Contracts

The Contracts panel shows a list of existing contracts associated with the entitlement and allows you to add and remove contracts. The list includes the following information:

You can perform the following tasks to manage the entitlement’s contracts:

Add a contract

  1. Click Add.

  2. Select a contract from the list.

  3. Click OK.

Remove a contract

  1. Select a contract.

  2. Click Remove.

 

Delete a contract

  1. Select a contract.

  2. Click Delete.

 

Copy a contract

  1. Select a contract.

  2. Click Copy.

  3. Fill in the fields.

  4. Click OK.

The default contract ID and name of the new contract are the same as the copied contract plus an appended number.

The following data is not copied:

  • General page: All date fields and contract status

  • Financial page: Annualized Cost and per item costs, which are based on Relationships (which are also not copied)

  • SLA page: All data

  • Lease page: All date fields

  • Relationships page: All data
