The Documents panel lists the documents associated with the purchase summary record and allows you to add and remove documents. The list includes the following information for each document:
Document ID: The name of the document. Click an ID to open the Document Details page.
File Name: The document filename. Click a filename to open the document in a viewer.
Date Attached: The date the document was added to the purchase summary record.
File Type: The type of file.
File Size (KB): The size of the file in kilobytes.
Description: Description of the document.
Attached By: The name of the person who attached the document.
