Contract Fields

The Contract Fields page lets you create and manage custom fields for contracts. The custom fields automatically appear on all contracts’ General page. They are also included in the Create New Contract wizard so that you can define the information when creating contracts.

The following table lists the tasks you can perform to manage the fields.

Create a field

  1. Click New.

  2. Follow the on-screen prompts. Click the Help button if you need additional information.

As soon as a field is added to the Contract Fields list, the field appears on all contracts’ General page and in the Create New Contract Wizard.

Edit a field’s information

  1. Click the field name to display the Field Details page.

  2. Modify the fields as desired.

    Click Help on the Field Details page for information about each of the fields.

  3. Click OK to save your changes.

 

Delete a field

  1. Select the check box next to the field.

  2. Click Delete, then click OK to confirm the deletion.
