License Entitlements

The License Entitlements panel lets you assign the contract to existing license entitlements. The following information is provided for each entitlement associated with the contract:

Description: The description of the entitlement.
Type: The entitlement type: Full License, Version Upgrade, or License/Maintenance.
License Period: The license period: Perpetual or Term.
Term License Status: The term license status: Active, Pending, or Expired.
License Quantity: The number of licenses associated with the entitlement.

You can perform the following tasks to manage the contract’s associations with license entitlements:

Task	Steps	Additional Details
View an entitlement	Click the entitlement description.
Associate the contract with an entitlement	Click Add. Follow the on-screen prompts. Click the Help button if you need additional information.	After you add a contract, the contract is also listed on the license entitlement’s Proof of Ownership page.
Remove an association	Select the check box next to the entitlement. Click Remove.
