Reports

Reports help you analyze your asset management data in a variety of ways. The Reports panel lists the available standard reports and gives a description of each one.

Run a report

  1. Select the scope of the report:

    • Zone: Collect data from the entire Management Zone.

    • Folder: Select a folder to gather data for objects in that folder.

    • Group: Select a group to gather data for objects in that group.

    • Demographic: Select a demographic (Site, Department, or Cost Center) to gather data for objects associated with that demographic.

  2. Click the report you want to run.

  3. Click the links on the report for additional information.

 

Export a report to an Excel, CSV, or PDF format

  1. Click the report you want to run.

  2. Click Excel, CSV, or PDF in the lower left corner of the report.

  3. Open or save the report to disk.

 

View the data as a bar graph, pie chart, or line graph

  1. Click the report you want to run.

  2. Click Graph in the lower left corner of the report.

  3. Scroll through the pages for the other types of graphs.

This option is not available on every report.

Change the time period

  1. Click the report you want to run.

  2. Click Change Time Period in the lower left corner of the report.

  3. In the dialog box, select a new time period.

  4. Click Apply.

This option is not available on every report.

Change the time period and filters

  1. Click the report you want to run.

  2. Click Change Time Period/Filters in the lower left corner of the report.

  3. In the dialog box, select a new time period, then select the filter detail.

  4. Click Apply.

This option is not available on every report.

Time Period options include Previous Month, Previous 3 Months, Previous 6 Months, and All History in Database.
