The Software Usage Standard Reports panel lists groups of reports that you can use to analyze software usage.
Reports are grouped in the following folders:
Application Usage: Reports showing total application usage, local application usage, and served application usage by product, user, and workstation.
Web Application Usage: Reports showing Web application usage by application, user, and workstation.
Software File Usage: Reports showing software file usage by category, manufacturer, and workstation.
Network Software Usage: Reports showing network software usage by product, server, user, and workstation.
Usage information from devices on which the ZENworks Application Virtualization (ZAV) plug-in is installed is also calculated as part of the network usage report. The report includes details about the applications that are streamed from the ZAV devices. Usage information from ZAV devices displays the manufacturer name as ZENworks Application Virtualization.
All Usage: Reports showing all usage, grouped by user and workstation.
NOTE: The total active usage of an application displayed in the software usage report is the accumulated value of active usage of that application. This value should be more than or equal to one hour to be reported in the software usage report. If the value is less than one hour, then it is reported as zero.
