3.3 Non-driver Files Signed with SHA-2 Code Signing Certificate

We had been signing our files using the SHA-1 code signing certificate. However, from January 1, 2016 onwards, Windows 7 and later versions will no longer trust non-driver files that are signed with the SHA-1 code signing certificate and time stamped with a date later than January 1, 2016. Taking this into consideration, we have now used SHA-2 code signing certificate for signing non-driver files in this release.
