Scenario 1: Novell Client and Desktop Management Agent Installed on Workstations

The table below summarizes the limitations you can expect when using ZENworks 6.5 in the following environment:

• ZENworks 6.5 Desktop Management Server is installed in the same eDirectory^® tree with BorderManager 3.8.
• Both the Novell Client^TM and the ZENworks 6.5 Desktop Management Agent are installed on user workstations.

Tested Function	ZENworks Behavior or Limitation
Authentication: The user logs in to the VPN network and the eDirectory tree at the same time.	All ZENworks policies are distributed to the workstation except those configured for distribution at system startup. If users log in to local workstation first and then log in to the VPN network, exhibited behaviors and limitations are identical to an agent-only environment.
