Unable to load the DLL DLL_name. The install will exit now

Source:  ZENworks Server Management; Remote Management installation on NetWare or Windows servers

Severity:  Critical

Explanation:  The installation program is unable to load the specified DLL.

Action:  Follow these steps:

1. Delete all files from the Windows \temp directory.

2. Reboot the installation workstation.

3. Reinstall Remote Management. For more information, see Installation on NetWare and Windows.

Action:  Ensure that the specified DLL is located in the \zfs\rminv\libs\dll directory on the ZENworks 6.5 Server Management Program CD.If the file is not present, contact Novell Support
