Severity:  Critical

Possible Cause:  The ZENworks for Servers 2 Remote Management service is not responding to the Service Control Manager within the stipulated time.

Action:  Follow these steps:

1. Stop the ZENworks for Servers 2 Remote Management service.

   On a Windows 2000 managed server, from the Control Panel, double-click Administrative Tools, double-click Services, select ZfS 2 Remote Management service, then click Stop.

2. Reinstall ZENworks Server Management Remote Management. For more information, see Installation on NetWare and Windows.
