File copy fails during Remote Management Agent upgrade

Possible Cause:  During upgrade, if the Remote Management session is in progress, then some files might be locked and becomes readonly.

Action:  Do the following:

1. Close the Remote Control session before upgrade.

2. Reinstall the Remote Management component.
