Novell® ZENworks® 7 Handheld Management with Support Pack 1 (SP1) automates handheld device management to reduce high ownership costs, strengthen security, and increase user productivity on Palm*, Windows* CE, Pocket PC, and RIM BlackBerry* devices. It lets IT organizations centrally enforce the use of passwords, deploy standard images and content, update applications, identify lost devices, lock down configurations, and monitor license compliance. By automating the setup and maintenance of handheld devices, ZENworks Handheld Management improves user productivity and reduces help desk calls by ensuring that setup is done correctly and by removing the burden of self-support.
