To schedule a policy to run when an event happens:
Click the down-arrow on Schedule Type, select Event, then select the event to activate the schedule:

System Startup
Runs the action when the system starts up.
System Shutdown
Runs the action before the system shuts down.
Custom Event ID
Third-party application-defined event.
Click Apply to save the change.
