Severity: Critical
Explanation: The installation program is unable to load the specified DLL.
Action: Follow these steps:
Delete all files from the Windows TEMP directory.
Reboot the installation workstation.
Reinstall Remote Management. See Installing Remote Management.
Action: Ensure that the specified DLL is located in the \ZFS\RMINV\LIBS\DLL directory on the ZENworks for Servers Program CD or ZENworks 6 Server Management Program CD.
Action: If the file is not present, contact Novell Technical Services.
