Source:  ZENworks for Servers; Remote Management installation on NetWare or Windows NT/2000 servers

Severity:  Critical

Possible Cause:  The file is in use or locked by some other application.

Action:  Close all running programs and reinstall Remote Management. See Installing Remote Management.

Action:  If the problem persists, reboot the server.
