If you are installing ZfS Server Inventory 3.0.2 over a ZfS 3.x or ZfD 4.0.1 NetWare cluster setup, you must provide the same installation path which you have specified for the previous installation. You can view the previous installation path in the SYS:\SYSTEM\ZENWORKS.PROPERTIES file in any of the cluster nodes.
If you have a previous installation of ZENworks in the default location shared_volume\ZENWORKS, the ZfS 3.0.2 installation will display the default location path automatically. You can complete the installation without changing the installation path of the Inventory server, database, and the Inventory agent.
Locate for the INVSRVPATH and note the value. If the value is SYS:/ZENWORKS/INV, specify the installation path as SYS:\ZENWORKS.
IMPORTANT: Note that the /INV directory is deleted and "\" is replaced with "/."
Locate for the INVDBPATH and note the value. If the value is SYS:/ZENWORKS/INV/DB, specify the installation path as SYS:\ZENWORKS
IMPORTANT: Note that the /INV/DB directory is deleted and "\" is replaced with "/."
Locate for the PDSPATH value. In the pds_path\SMANAGER\ZFS.NCF file, look for the absolute path for any of the following .JAR files:
Remove the \INV\AGENT path from the absolute path and use this path as the Inventory agent path. If you do not locate any of the above entries in the ZENWORKS.PROPERTIES or the ZFS.NCF files, or if you do not find the files in any of the cluster nodes, the ZfS Inventory was not installed and you can specify a new path for installation.
