Explanation: The Installation Wizard is unable to start Sybase after the installation.

Action: Manually load the MGMTDBS.NCF file.

To load the MGMTDBS.NCF file, type SYS:\SYSTEM\MGMTDBS.NCF at the NetWare console prompt.
