By default, Novell File Reporter keeps only the two most recent versions of scans for each storage resource. As a new scan is added, Novell File Reporter removes the older of the storage resource’s two scans.
Even with this automated removal of scans, there might be times when you want to remove scans manually. For example, if you are performing scans from a NAS device through a particular NFR Agent working as a proxy agent for the NAS device and you later assign a different NFR Agent to be the proxy agent, you should remove the scans generated through the former NFR Agent.
Launch NFR Admin.
From the scans listed in the left pane, right-click the scan you want to remove and click .
When asked if you permanently want to remove this scan, click .
