File content classifications are needed by File Reporter as a search parameter. For your convenience, File Reporter includes three classifications and severity levels. You can modify this list by editing the settings or creating your own classifications.
Select File Content > Classifications.
Click Add.
In the Classification field, enter a name.
For example, Private.
From the Level field, specify a severity level for the new classification.
For example, 400.
In the Description text box, enter a description for the new classification.
For example, High-risk private information, not for public disclosure.
Click Update.
Select File Content > Classifications.
Select the classification you want to edit.
Click Edit.
Edit the fields.
Click Update.
