IMAP4 Client Users
Can’t Access Mail through the Internet Agent
Problem:
Users are unable to access GroupWise mail using IMAP4 from
a browser because they are unable to log in.
Action:
The user has Server Supports Encrypted Connections (SSL) turned
on. In the user’s browser, check the setting for . This is not currently
supported by the Internet Agent. Deselect this option in the user’s
browser. For example, in Netscape Communicator, click , then deselect in the Mail Server Type box.
