They can retrieve file versions from anywhere, at any time, using a web browser with an active network or Internet connection.
Additionally, the versioning process is transparent to users until they need to retrieve a previous version of a file. It also supports collaborative work environments where groups of users can create and modify shared files. Versioning does not affect how applications behave and requires no action on the part of the user.
