Novell ZENworks 7 Handheld Management - ZHM7

Situation

ERROR: A client at has unsuccessfully attempted to connect to the server.
The error is found in StatusLog.txt:
The error occurs after reinstalling the ZFH7 server without reinstalling either Access Point or Desktop Sync Machines or after copying a new database in the server installation area.

Resolution

Reinstall the Desktop Sync or the Access Point software on machine running at IP_ADDRESS.
