Situation
When trying to manage quotas on a remote volume from within Novell iManager the following error is returned:
error: This user does not have the correct credentials to authenticate to the CIMOM client.

Resolution
A possible reason for this could be that an Acces Control List (ACL) has been set on the Organizational Unit (OU) where the admin user is located.
OpenWBEM CIMOM will need to be allowed to use a proxy user for LDAP requests to overcome this issue.
