Situation
One user gets an error when logging in to GroupWise WebAccess, even though userID & password are correct. User can successfully login to the GroupWise client.
Error: "Unable to process request. Please contact your system administrator" .
Resolution

Login to GroupWise client as user.

Go to "Work In Progress" folder and delete all old emails or try to send them.

Exit GroupWise Client and login again as user.
