Situation

When you delete mails from a GroupWise mailbox, the deletion process is synced on a mobile device and mails are moved into a phone`s Trash folder. Sometimes if you empty the GroupWise Trash from a client, mails are not removed from the phone`s Trash folder.

Resolution

A fix will be available in the 1.2.4 update of the Mobility pack.
