Situation
The post office is not getting administrative updates made to the domain.
The post office log is growing out of control. The log continually shows the post office configuration page over and over again. Loading the post office with the /noada switch allows the post office to run properly.
Resolution
The post office was missing the GWPO.DC file. Copy the GWPO.DC file from the PO directory of the software distribution directory to resolve the issue.
