Situation
The user is mainly using Xplat client (mac or linux).
The user recently changed the signature in the xplat client
A rule-generated reply mail is having a different signature then the a normal reply
A rule-generated forward mail is having a different signature then the a normal forward
The user has set that a signature should always be added when sending a mail.

Resolution
This is working a designed.
To resolve the issue, the user needs to start a GroupWise 8 or GroupWise 2012 windows client. Then remove all signatures and create a new signature with the name: Novell GroupWise. This signature should contain the same information as the signature in the XPlat client.
