Document Management Operations Throws Error: "Unable to load the resource library"

Attempting to open a document from an integrated application like Microsoft Word or WordPerfect can cause an error:  "Unable to load the resource library" if certain files are unable to be located.

Copy the files GWODM132.DLL and GWODM??.DLL from the GroupWise client directory to the C:\Windows\System32 directory.

By copying these files to the C:\Windows\System32 directory, it ensures that they will always be found because of likelyhood of that directory being included in the PATH variable on the computer.

There are a couple of dll files that contain many of the hooks that enable document management integrations.  The two most important files associated with GroupWise are GWODM132.DLL and GWODM??.DLL  (The question marks are references to the language of the GroupWise client that was installed, i.e. EN for English)
