Situation

WebAccess and GroupWise Client show different format for Nickname in the To field
Nickname in the To field have different format in WebAccess and GroupWise Client when mail is received from Internet

Additional Information

Steps To Duplicate:
  1. Install GroupWise 2012 SP2 agents on the server
  2. Create a user account called "user1"
  3. Create a nickname for user1 called "nickuser1"
  4. Please make sure that the Internet Addressing for both the user and Nickname is set to userid@internetdomainName.com
  5. Send an email from Internet to nickuser1@internetDomain.com
  6. Login to GroupWise Windows Client and webaccess as user1

    To field in GroupWise Client shows -  nickuser1@internetDomain.com
    To field in WebAccess shows - user1@internetDomain.com
