Situation
ZCM 11.2.2 Agent is installed on Microsoft Windows 2008 R2 terminal
server with Citrix XenApp 6
Randomly, when multiple users are tying to login, the login process can get into hang state with the Windows welcome message showing.

Resolution
This is fixed in version 11.2.3a - see KB 7011295 "ZENworks

Cause
The miCASA client can fail to access the secret store with
simultaneous user logins.
