Newly created users are unable to login via Kananka

Environment

Novell Kanaka for Mac
Open Enterprise Server

Situation

Newly created users are unable to login to Kanaka
Users are able to login to CIFS or AFP directly, just not through Kanaka
Kanaka re-index of users fails

Resolution

This can be caused by having a context in your Kanaka index search list that no longer exists. Rather than skipping the containers that are no longer available in the directory, the re-index fails out.

Remove the container that no longer exists from the Kanaka index search via the Kanaka management page.
