Unable to see recurring drop down in new appointment window

Situation

Recurring drop down button not showing up in new appointment window
Recurring drop down button missing on new appointment window

Resolution

  1. Launch ConsoleOne
  2. Connect to the GroupWise system
  3. Select the post office
  4. Click Tools | GroupWise Utilities | System Maintenance | Refresh Views

OR

  1. Browse to the Software Distribution Directory\client\win32
  2. Copy ofviews directory to the post office directory and overwrite if necessary
