Upgrade to new Service Desk Appliance fails, when non-English language settings are configured

Environment

Micro Focus Service Desk 7.x

Situation

In "Migrate / Upgrade"  Import  from other appliance options will fail to execute and doesn't proceed beyond  the message "Communication checks, please wait",  if the new installed Appliance is setup with Non-English language and keyboard layout.

Resolution

Always select English as language and keyboard Layout while setting up the Service Desk Appliance 7.x before triggering  upgrade.
