Inbound email incidents get created and generate an email to the correct Technician
From Technician User portal, the email incidents are missing from My Tasks and My Teams Tasks
These incidents can be seen under Operations > Incidents > Filter: All Incidents
These incidents are owned by the team Unknown
From Technician User portal, the email incidents are missing from My Tasks and My Teams Tasks
These incidents can be seen under Operations > Incidents > Filter: All Incidents
These incidents are owned by the team Unknown
Resolution
In this case, the Incoming Email address was set for the team Unknown.
- Remove the Incoming Email address from the team Unknown
- Configure the correct team with the Incoming Email address
